INsane's Custom Team Menus V8.2 OCT 2011 (UPDATED after the 15th OCT update)

Updated July 2012,
Full Advanced Netcode version added
Added a teammenu with advanced netcode. Still comes to the same basic result but now have cl_smooth and netgraph option buttons added. The competitive players have a different idea of rates, they like a set that is more for T1/LAN speeds... the other teammenu (Full Command Menu) will give the pub player more options like a 100 tick plug-in and very low 56k dial up support along with a lot more "lerp" adjustments. The differences between Green and Gold buttons is just one command cl_interp_ratio, Gren is VALVe Default 2. Gold is cl_interp_ratio 1. The other version ends up wiith the same results it's just a clearer way to display it and this one does have cl_smooth added because a lot of people like it.

cl_smooth 0 does not do much really but it is there if you want it or it does have a big effect on your rig and you can turn it off and on, (cl_smooth 1 is VALVe Default).

To each his own I guess, at least I support both views unlike some "experts". Pick your poison I say!! At least you have the choice.

Basic Description
************************
Some buttons added to the Team menu to control crosshairs...and some more!

Why do this? The Option's screen does not hold all the commands, I added quite a few (including X Hair ones),
besides, it's quicker that "esc" click on 2 more and screw around, bring up the team menu,
click a change, try again...it's quicker.

There are three types, xhair only, XHair and cl_minmodels only and Full.

Each one always has the XHair controls, next one has cl_minmodels choices,
and the other one is full of all sorts of controls.

Only one file adjusted in this add-on, The Team menu file (cstrike/resource/UI/teammenu.res).
Not a lot of people adjust this file so it should also work with other custom HUD's.

Will also display in all languages as I have used CVAR titles and VALVe's Language files.
I have also used tool tips, wave your mouse over a cvar (console command) name, most have pop-up info'.

Most people know what these commands do so I will not list them,
in all cases I have tried to display "DEF" on a set of choices, this is the
VALVe default for that cvar.
